The LMNP status allows you to become an owner and enjoy a pleasure investment in the mountains or elsewhere, while benefiting from tax advantages. The principle ? You buy your property which you take full advantage of. When you are not occupying it, you rent out your apartment via an agency or a concierge who offers para-hotel services (supply of linen, cleaning, key delivery)

This allows you: to recover the VAT on your acquisition and to finance your property tax free (you thus save 20% of the amount of your acquisition) To collect non-taxable rental income, thanks to a mechanism for deducting charges (amortization, loan interest, property tax, etc.) from your rental income.
